It is very important to use fertilizers, so that the plants in your garden can grow in a good way. Nowadays, there are many people, who use eco-friendly fertilizers in their garden. One such way of getting an eco-friendly fertilizer for your garden is by recycling the food waste of your home.

One such way of obtaining an eco-friendly fertilizer is by recycling the food waste of your home using a Bokashi bucket. The Bokashi bucket helps in breaking down the food waste into a soil conditioner. All that you need to do is keep the food waste in the Bokashi bucket and then add a little bit of EM Bokashi to it. Bokashi is a Japanese word that means organic matter that has been fermented. Bokashi is a combination of sawdust, bran and Effective Microorganisms [EM].

This way of converting food waste into an eco friendly fertilizer is a Japanese one and has proved to be an excellent alternate to harmful fertilizer.
